Malissa LaRoche

Owner & Physician Assistant Injector

Malissa LaRoche is a certified Physician Assistant who has performed aesthetic procedures for over 18 years. She specializes in Botox and filler injections tailored to your unique anatomy.

In 1997, Malissa received a Bachelor of Science degree in biology from the College of Charleston, and was a cum laude graduate of the Medical University of South Carolina in 2000, with a Bachelor of Science degree in physician assisting. Malissa was previously a Clinical Instructor and Adjunct Faculty at the Medical University of South Carolina Physician Assistant program.

She is wife to Scott and mom to 3 amazing boys, Seth, Matthew and Samuel. In their free time you will find them on the volleyball court, in the woods, fishing, crabbing, or in their garden.

Malissa possesses unique talents, she is an artist and medical expert who sees, unearths, and enhances natural facial structures. She has completed the training to be certified as a Master Expert Injector.

Rebecca Johnson

Physician Assistant Injector

Rebecca Johnson is a certified Physician Assistant who has been performing aesthetic procedures since 2015. She believes that we are all truly beautiful, and she uses her award-winning art background, precision, and delicate touch to enhance your confidence and restore your facial balance.

Rebecca graduated from the University of Colorado with a bachelor’s degree in biology in 2002. She furthered her education at the Medical University of South Carolina, completing a Masters degree in Physician Assisting in 2006. She has been chosen twice for Master Expert Injector training

Rebecca has a heart for missions that started in her high school years. To date she has been on 37 mission trips to Africa, Peru, and Nicaragua. She is the mother of 2 boys and wife to Daniel. In their free time you will find them at Jiu Jitsu, out in the woods, or caring for their gardens and chickens.

Rebecca has a holistic approach to aesthetics. She believes in the importance of nutrition and is passionate about restoring health to our bodies and to the land.

Amy Mounce

Licensed Aesthetician

We are delighted to offer the aesthetic services and warm care of licensed aesthetician, Amy Mounce.

Amy has been a medical assistant in plastic surgery for over 11 years. She recently decided to further her education and graduated from aesthetician school at VSKI cosmetology school In December of 2022. 

Amy’s kind, thoughtful approach to individualized care can now be applied to your skin care, lashes and brows.

Alana has been a licensed aesthetician for over 12 years.  She has a deep knowledge of at-home skin care and procedures as well as comprehensive knowledge of all waxing techniques.

Michelle Gurny

Licensed Aesthetician

Michelle brings remarkable thoughtfulness to every treatment she performs. Whether she’s adding customizations to a DiamondGlow facial or guiding you through a deeply relaxing head spa, she’s constantly fine-tuning her approach to ensure you get the most out of your time with her.

Before becoming a licensed aesthetician and yoga instructor, Michelle spent years as a learning and development leader in finance and technology organizations. Michelle has honed the art of pinpointing the details that matter most. She’s passionate about creating nuanced experiences that feel uniquely tailored and supportive—helping every client feel completely at ease from the moment they walk in.

She’s also certified to facilitate Insights Discovery®, a popular psychometric tool used worldwide for personal, team, and leadership development, which speaks to her genuine interest in understanding people and strengthening relationships through better communication.

Most recently, Michelle completed certification in manual lymphatic drainage, which she offers as an add-on to facials to help reduce puffiness and support a naturally glowing complexion.
